Our client, a leading manufacturer in Slough, is looking for an Engineering Manager to oversee their Production Engineering and Facilities team. In this critical role, you will ensure the smooth running of manufacturing operations, focusing on electronic assemblies and production engineering. Key Responsibilities for the Engineering Manager:

  • Lead and manage the Production Engineering and Facilities teams to ensure efficient production operations.

  • Coordinate with other departments (e.g., R&D, Supply Chain) to align production needs and objectives.
