We have a brilliant opportunity for a Site Manager to join a steady growing Main Contractor located in Central London. This contractor has been operating consistently for over 25 years with over 50 employees. Delivering projects to the highest standard this contractor is a pleasure to work for, putting a strong focus on their employees well being and professional development.

This opportunity for a Site Manager has excellent scope for development and progression due to the structure of the project and the team. You will be joining an experienced team for a new build hotel project in Windsor. With the support of an experienced Project Manager and supportive assistant you will be adopting a number two role to the PM. The project is starting immeniently and has an 85 week programme, worth 16million.

Responsibilities of the Site Manager

  • To oversee daily site operations, managing subcontractors and ensuring that the project is running to programme.
  • Responsible for Health & Safety on site
  • Quality Assurance of the project
  • Report back to the Project Manager with weekly progress meetings

Requirements of the Site Manager

  • Degree educated is desired
  • SMSTS qualified
