We are currently seeking a talented and passionate Project Manager to join our dynamic team for a temporary position lasting 2 months. Join Our Client as a Project Manager!

Fixed Term Contract: 2 Months potential extension options.

Location: Windsor (Hybrid 1 to 2 days in Office)

Rate £400 - £450 per day (umbrella)

About the Role:

As the Project Manager, you will work closely with the Head of Group Marketing to oversee the successful delivery of a comprehensive brand platform and new brand guidelines. Your mission? To ensure our new brand platform shines across all customer touchpoints - our 'magic moments.'

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Management:

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Monitor progress, making adjustments as necessary to keep the project on track.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Work alongside marketing, communications, product, customer service, and estate teams for cohesive brand messaging.
• Facilitate regular meetings to keep everyone informed and aligned.
• Tackle any conflicts or issues that arise during the project.
• Risk Management and Problem Solving:
• Identify potential risks and create strategies to mitigate them.
• Proactively resolve problems that may impact timelines or quality.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Reporting and Documentation:
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports and meeting minutes.
• Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on project progress and outcomes.

What You Bring:

• Proven experience leading effective and efficient projects in marketing.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
• A collaborative mindset, focused on building high-performing teams.
• Data-driven decision-making capabilities.
• Budget management experience, ensuring campaigns are cost-effective.
• A relentless focus on customer outcomes and championing customer needs.
• Familiarity with multi-channel marketing campaigns and agency relationships.

Qualifications:

• 5 to 8 years of project management experience, including marketing deliverables.
• Ability to influence and inform senior stakeholders at the director level.
• Experience in both agency and client-side collaboration.
• A "can-do" attitude with strong attention to detail.
