A new exciting opportunity for a full-time Account Manager with our client, a solid reality in the fleet management industry based in the Windsor/Slough Area.

As the main point of contact, you will be key to ensuring customer satisfaction, fostering long-term relationships, and identifying opportunities to grow client accounts. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving challenges, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Liaison: Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, ensuring quick and efficient responses to all concerns.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and partnering with them for mutual success.
  • Account Growth: Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts to drive growth and maximise client satisfaction.
  • Reporting & Presentations: Prepare and deliver detailed reports on service performance, SLA data, and sales activity, as well as presentations on products and services.
  • Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with internal teams to share insights, gather feedback, and improve overall service delivery.
  • Client Feedback: Gather client feedback to inform internal strategies and communicate key concerns to management.
  • Account Updates: Present business updates to clients and management to ensure alignment on priorities and identify areas for improvement.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in account management or customer service, consistently exceeding targets and client expectations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organisation.
  • Strong business acumen and industry expertise, particularly in the fleet services sector.
  • Fast learner with a passion for delivering exceptional account management.
  • Highly motivated, with a results-driven approach and the ability to manage multiple accounts.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, with the ability to create professional reports and presentations.
  • Current driving license and ability to travel as needed.
