About the Role:

  • Teach and support students with additional needs across a mixed primary and secondary setting.

What We're Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
  • Proven experience working with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
  • A strong understanding of individual education plans (IEPs) and differentiated learning strategies.
  • A DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).
  • A proactive, patient, and resilient approach to teaching.
