This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our client, a non for profit members association based in Windsor.
The main purpose of the role is to assist the team in managing operational and administrative tasks, support office management duties, and helping to maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
This is a hybrid role, working 2 days in the office in Windsor and 3 from home. Excellent benefits including 28 days holiday and private healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing general enquiries (e.g., info@ mailbox), responding where appropriate or directing to relevant team members
- Support in preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes, and following up on actions
- Assisting the Business Support Manager and EA in the organisation and booking of travel, when required, for senior staff and volunteers
- Assist in maintaining the office environment, including liaising with service providers for maintenance and supplies
- Support in managing office inventory and ordering supplies as needed
- Act as a first point of contact for office visitors and phone inquiries
- Assist in coordinating with IT support to ensure staff have access to necessary software and systems
- Help maintain and organise digital files and records
- Assist the BSM & EA in supporting a positive work environment for staff and volunteers
- Assist in the organisation of the team days including the administrative duties relating to the day
Skills/Experience
- Proven experience of working in administrative roles
- Experience of using Microsoft Office suite Skills required
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to learn new software quickly
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment
- Educated to A-Level standard
