We are recruiting for a top Architects practice in Windsor who are specialists in high end residential and commercial design. This dynamic and award-winning practice are looking for an Practice Manager to run all aspects of their small, friendly practice including some PA capability for their three senior partners.

Your duties will be many and varied, but will cover project support, office systems, bookkeeping, basic HR, facilities and some PA support. You will be the 'go-to’ person for staff members as well as liaising with their high-net-worth clients, contractors and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will be highly skilled, self-motivated and a real 'people-person’. Previous experience working in an architectural or design setting would be desirable. You will be IT savvy, proactive with the ability to manage and prioritize your own workload. You will be keen to take on extra responsibilities as and when they arise, working closely with the Directors to drive the business forward.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of this role, hybrid working will not be possible. This is a great opportunity for a self-motivated individual to truly make a difference and make the role their own.
