Role Overview:A leading UK D&B fit-out company is seeking a Technical Designer to produce high-quality architectural production drawings and information for costing and construction purposes. This role requires ownership of projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance while contributing to team improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create detailed and comprehensive architectural drawing packages for costing and construction.
  • Conduct detailed site surveys to inform design accuracy.
  • Liaise with local authorities for planning and building control approvals.
  • Attend site and project meetings, building strong relationships with clients and contractors.
  • Prepare architectural tender and construction documentation.
  • Coordinate designs with M&E teams and perform buildability reviews.
  • Conduct value engineering to optimise project efficiency.
  • Resolve technical issues during the implementation process by attending site meetings and collaborating with stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate:A skilled designer with expertise in Revit, capable of delivering precise architectural information and resolving technical challenges. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
