- Accurately and promptly place job adverts across various platforms.
- Assist Hiring Managers in screening applications and conducting initial candidate screenings.
- Arrange and schedule interviews, including creating complex interview schedules.
- Use InDesign software to create and edit job descriptions and brochures.
- Engage in targeted candidate searches on LinkedIn.
- Conduct safeguarding interviews and check identification documents.
- Ensure all recruitment information is up-to-date and accurate in the recruitment software.
- Maintain the Vacancy tracker with all pertinent information.
- Collate recruitment activity statistics and share with the HR team.
- Generate offer letters and ensure new joiner details are logged on the HR system.
- Support the HR team with additional tasks to ensure smooth department operations.
- Uphold the school’s commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- Experience in a busy administrative role with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- An interest in technology’s role in recruitment.
- Experience with an Applicant Tracking System is desirable.
- Familiarity with InDesign is useful.
- Previous experience in recruitment or HR is highly advantageous.

- Standard working hours of 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
- 21 days contractual annual leave, plus additional discretionary leave over the Christmas period.
