A fast paced organisation are currently looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. This company is based in central Windsor.

This role will be fully office-based and any candidates applying must be willing to work in their office (no remote working is available for this role).

As an Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day financial operations. Your duties will include:

  • Processing invoices, expenses and reconciling supplier statements
  • Ensuring all bank transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled
  • Assisting with VAT calculations and submissions
  • Supporting month-end and year-end processes, including preparing reports and statements
  • Assisting with payroll processing where required
  • Maintaining accurate financial records in line with regulations and company policies

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an accounts or finance role
  • Proficiency in Xero and QuickBooks
  • A solid understanding of financial processes and accounting principles
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
