Our client, a prestigious and well-established golf travel company, is seeking a dedicated Accounts Payable Assistant to join their dynamic Finance team. This role provides an excellent entry point into the world of finance, offering hands-on experience and the opportunity to develop key financial skills in a supportive and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily cash reconciliations, ensuring accurate financial record-keeping.
  • Process voucher redemptions and company banking activities.
  • Assist the Accounts Payable team by processing invoices and reconciling supplier statements across multiple currencies.
  • Maintain and update the electronic invoice filing system for smooth and easy access.
  • Provide support to the Accounts Receivable team and other finance-related tasks as required across the UK, US, and Scandinavian operations.
