Day-to-day of the role:- Deliver engaging and educational lessons across various subjects as per the school curriculum.
- Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual classes.
- Maintain classroom order and discipline.
- Utilise existing lesson plans and also bring creativity to develop your own engaging material.
- Provide feedback on student progress and participate in school meetings and parent-teacher conferences.
- Step into roles across different schools, gaining diverse experience and broadening your teaching skills.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching certification.
- Proven experience as a Cover Teacher or similar role within secondary education.
- Strong classroom management skills.
