We are seeking qualified QTS Maths Teachers to join schools in Berkshire for positions starting after Easter or September 2025. This is an excellent opportunity for dedicated educators who are passionate about teaching mathematics and inspiring young minds.
Day-to-day of the role:- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective Maths lessons that meet curriculum standards and cater to a range of learning abilities.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and tailored support to ensure academic development.
- Foster a positive and stimulating learning environment that promotes enthusiasm for learning and encourages students to reach their full potential.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and participate in ongoing professional development.
- Engage with parents and guardians to discuss student progress and strategies for improvement.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialisation in Mathematics.
- Proven experience in teaching Maths at secondary school level.
- Strong understanding of the current curriculum and teaching methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students.
