A unique mental health-focused school in Windsor is looking for a Criminology Graduate to join their team as a Learning Support Assistant (LSA), starting as soon as possible. As an LSA, you will work with children dealing with childhood trauma, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, attachment disorders, and PTSD. You will provide emotional and therapeutic support, guiding them through their school day and helping them to succeed both academically and personally.

The majority of students at the school have complex mental health needs and come from challenging backgrounds. Collaboration with Teachers, Speech Therapists, and Occupational Therapists will be essential to ensure the safety and well-being of each pupil.

The ideal candidate for this Learning Support Assistant role will be compassionate, approachable, and passionate about working with vulnerable children. You will bring positive energy to the classroom and act as a strong role model for the students. A Criminology or Psychology graduate is ideal for this position.
