Salary: 83 - 95 per day
Contract: Long-Term Temporary with potential to become permanent
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (8:30 am - 3:30 pm)

This role is ideal for individuals eager to work in an environment focused on behaviour management and supporting children with challenging behaviours. As a Behaviour Support Worker, you will play a key role in helping students manage their emotions, build resilience, and develop the skills needed for personal and academic success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with children facing SEMH challenges, supporting them in managing their emotions and behaviours.
- Apply behaviour management strategies to de-escalate challenging situations calmly and constructively.
- Collaborate closely with teachers and other staff to foster a positive and structured learning environment.
- Act as a mentor and role model, promoting self-confidence, resilience, and emotional wellbeing.
- Help create an inclusive school environment where every student feels safe and valued.
No prior experience is required for this Behaviour Support Worker role, as full training will be provided. However, a positive attitude, resilience, and a genuine passion for making a difference in the lives of children are essential qualities.
