We partner with state, private, and independent schools, building strong, trusted relationships with our clients.

We are currently recruiting experienced SEN Learning Support Assistants for SEN schools in Windsor. You will be working with students with a range of special educational needs and learning difficulties including autism, ADHD, SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs), speech and language difficulties, and moderate to severe learning disabilities.

As an SEN Learning Support Assistant, you will:

  • Provide one-to-one support to students in class as well as work with small groups.
  • Focus on delivering learning support to enhance student engagement and progress.
  • Ensure students receive the best possible care and learning experience.
  • Assist with classroom activities and lesson delivery.
  • Provide tailored support to meet individual learning needs.
  • Help students develop their independence and confidence in a supportive environment.

Key skills and experience for SEN Learning Support Assistant:

  • Experience working with SEN students, including autism, ADHD, and SEMH.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to support students and staff.
  • Ability to build positive relationships and create a supportive learning environment.
  • Patience, empathy, and adaptability when working with diverse learning needs.
  • Knowledge of effective learning strategies and behavior management techniques.
  • A proactive and enthusiastic approach to supporting student development.
