Specialist SEN Mentor - WindsorImmediate Start - Full TimeAutism Specialism & Complex Needs

We are currently partnering with a specialist school in Windsor that provides therapy-focused support for children aged 5 to 18 with Special Educational Needs (SEN). The school is looking for a compassionate and motivated SEN Specialist to join their dynamic team. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to gain hands-on experience working alongside experienced SEN practitioners and therapists.

This is an ideal role for individuals seeking to build a career in Education, Teaching, or Mental Health. As an SEN Specialist, you'll work closely with children who have Autism, behavioural challenges, sensory processing needs, and communication difficulties. Many students also experience co-occurring mental health conditions, making this position particularly suited to those with an interest in psychology or therapeutic education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with therapists and external professionals.
  • Provide targeted support to students with complex needs.
