Machine Operator

KPJ Group are looking for a Machine Operative to join a dynamic metal fabrication team in Westhoughton.

This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a reliable and skilled individual to contribute to the production of high-quality metal components.

What’s on offer?

• £11.44 per hour
• Monday – Friday 6:00am – 2:30pm
• 20 days holiday (plus bank holidays)
• Standard pension scheme
• Overtime available (paid at enhanced rate)

What will you be doing as a Machine Operative?

• Loading sheet metal into the press brake machine for processing
• Operating the press brake to bend aluminium to precise specifications
• Loading and organising pallets to ensure efficient workflow and storage
• Assisting with general tasks to maintain a safe and clean workspace

What do you need?

• Experience in a machine operative or similar role in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to work accurately and follow detailed instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• A proactive attitude and team-oriented approach
