Level 2 or 3 Nursery Practitioners needed in S42

Salary: £12.83 - £14 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
About Us: TeacherActive is recruiting on behalf of a Nursery School in S42. This Nursery has been recognised for its commitment to providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children between the ages of 2 and 5 years old. They create enriching environments that foster inspiration and curiosity among children and provide high-quality early years education. You must be able to work full days from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm, term-time only.
Your responsibilities include:
- Following the EYFS curriculum and delivering to the highest possible standards.
- Creating a safe, caring, and welcoming setting in which parents are happy to entrust their children.
- Ensure your key children are encouraged and supported to flourish in an enabling and stimulating environment.
- Ensuring all safeguarding policies are adhered to at all times and any breaches of this are reported to the designated safeguarding lead immediately.
Qualifications:
- Level 2 or 3 qualifications in Childcare (or equivalent).
- Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting is preferred.
- Strong understanding of child development and early years curriculum.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
