Salary: £28,350 - £33,600

What you’ll be doing:

• Designing and delivering personalised learning plans tailored to each students strengths and aspirations

• Leading engaging classroom activities including planning, teaching and assessing progress

• Supporting pupils one-to-one or in small groups to enhance learning outcomes

• Monitoring progress against academic and EHCP (Education, Health and Care Plan) outcomes

• Collaborating with Teaching Assistants to provide holistic support

• Encouraging pupils to develop confidence, independence and essential life skills

• A qualified and experienced teacher with a passion for SEN education

• Patience, empathy and resilience - our pupils face unique challenges that require dedicated support

• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal, for engaging pupils, colleagues and external stakeholders

• A full UK driving licence - to facilitate off-site learning experiences

• A genuine commitment to fostering a positive and supportive learning environment for neurodiverse students
