We are looking for aMulti Skilled Technicianwho wants to work in a diverse rolewhere no two days are the same.

As theMulti Skilled Technician,you willprovide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.

TheMulti Skilled Technician,will be responsible for:

  • Weekly & monthly planned maintenance tasks as scheduled (fire alarm tests, flushing of little used outlets / water temperature recording, emergency lighting tests, etc.).
  • Monthlyutilities meter readings.
  • First line response to reactive repairs.
  • Re-lamping of defective luminaries.
  • Minorbuilding fabric repairs.
  • Minor decorating tasks.
  • Minor plumbing repairs.
  • General office cleaning as scheduled for remote sites (by exception).
  • Cleaning of toiletfacilities and replenishment of consumables for remote sites (by exception).
  • Supporting external landscaping and cleaning as required (by exception).
  • Ad hoc porterage duties (Moves & changes, furnituremanagement & moves, etc.).
  • Comply fully withHealth, Safety & Environmental policies.
  • Completion ofdocumentation as required, including RAMS and adhere to all associated permits.

To be successful for this Multi Skilled Technicianrole you must have:

  • Experience of building maintenance, handyperson or janitorial duties.
  • Goodunderstanding of health and safety requirements within a building environment.
  • Have a proactive approach to maintenance and building management.
  • Confident, driven and pro-active.
  • Ability to provide a schedule of works for identified additional/remedial works.
  • Provide excellent customer service to building occupants, ensuring they are made aware of work order progress in a timely manner.
  • Ability to record work accurately on work sheets and computer based systems.
  • Goodcommunication skills and the ability to work within a team.
  • Experience of working within a customer focused environment.
