Senior Quantity Surveyor

Working: Hybrid (4 days in the office, 1 day remote

Rate: 50/hr (Outside IR35)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of cost and contract control for various contract.
• Fully administer various forms of contract preferabley with an IChemE bias.
• Strong Change Management required
• Processing of Application for Payments.
• Provide accurate cost forecasting and budgeting.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers and project managers, to deliver successful projects.

Requirements:

• 15 years of experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor in the engineering or construction industry.
• Proven experience with IChemE contracts and familiarity with its administration.
• Strong understanding of cost management, procurement, and contract administration.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Prefer degree in Quantity Surveying.
