A leading construction Fit Out Contractor are now looking for their next driven Business Development Manager.

The succesful "BDM" shoul have some connections with commercial agents.

The Business Development Manager will have a hybrid role between their Reading office and out meeting their clients.

The Business Development Manager’s Role

To engage with existing and prospective clients within a myriad of industries, who are looking for their next commercial office space.

The succesful "BDM" shoul have some connections with commercial agents.

The successful BDM will need to represent the fit-out contractor in a positive and honest manner, always holding their core values.

It would be ideal if you come from a construction background, and with a contact list.

The Business Development Manager (BDM) will need to demonstrate a history in negotiating and securing new business deals, designing and delivering challenging business development and sales strategies, empowering organisations in exceeding sales targets by sourcing new clients and maintaining exceptional customer service standards.

Clients will come from legal, finance, media, sporting, recruitment, IT and tech backgrounds.
