SAP Solutions Architect - SD/MM

We are looking for a highly experienced SAP Solutions Architect with expertise in SD, MM, and LE to join a leading FMCG company in Winscombe. With a strong background in SAP ERP and extensive experience in S/4HANA projects, you will be responsible for designing and delivering SAP solutions that optimise business processes and enhance operational efficiency within the FMCG sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Design & Implementation: Lead the design and implementation of SAP SD, MM, and LE solutions, ensuring they align with business needs and drive operational excellence.
• Process Optimisation: Analyse existing business processes within the FMCG sector, identifying opportunities for improvement and leveraging SAP SD/MM/LE capabilities to enhance efficiency.
• S/4HANA Project Leadership: Lead S/4HANA projects, ensuring smooth integration and delivery of SD, MM, and LE solutions in line with business objectives.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into tailored SAP solutions.
• Cross-Module Integration: Collaborate with teams managing other SAP modules (FI/CO, WM, etc.) to ensure seamless system performance and effective integration.
• Leadership & Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior consultants and project teams, fostering skill development and ensuring high-quality project outcomes.
• Project Delivery: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of SAP projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet business objectives.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with the latest SAP developments and industry trends, driving continuous improvements in SAP SD/MM/LE processes.

Skills & Experience

• Extensive SAP Experience: 15+ years in SAP SD, MM, and LE, with a proven track record in solution design, implementation, and process optimisation.
• S/4HANA Expertise: Hands-on experience leading S/4HANA projects, including design and implementation across SD, MM, and LE.
• SAP ERP Knowledge: Strong understanding of SAP ERP systems, with significant expertise in SD, MM, and LE within an FMCG environment.
• Process Improvement: Deep knowledge of supply chain, logistics, and business processes within the FMCG sector, with the ability to optimise operations.
• Leadership & Collaboration: Proven leadership experience, managing project teams and working with cross-functional teams to deliver SAP solutions.
• Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication skills with experience in engaging stakeholders and aligning business requirements with SAP solutions.
• Consulting Background: Previous experience in a consulting or client-facing role is highly desirable.
