Design and Technology Teacher

Dovetail and Slate are working with a fantastic secondary school dedicated to fostering a creative and innovative learning environment. They are looking for an experienced Design and Technology Teacher who is passionate about teaching and delivering lessons in an engaging way. Our Design and Technology department encourages students to explore, create, and develop skills that are essential for the future. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience at a fantastic secondary school and be able to work in a collaborative environment and have a real impact on student's lives.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver Design and Technolgy lessons to KS3-KS5
• Attend Parent's Evening
• Foster a positive learning environment
• Align with the school's behaviour policy
• Marking and setting homework and assessments

Requirements:

• Passion for teaching and sharing knowledge
• Occupational competence and relevant skillset
• Relevant teaching qualifications e.g. PGCE/QTS
• Be able to teach Food Tech
