This role offers the chance to build meaningful relationships, both with clients and within a dynamic team environment.Duties and Responsibilities include :-- Serving as the primary contact for a dedicated customer base, ensuring timely and accurate responses to queries.- Act as a liaison between the Supply Chain and External Sales teams, - Monitoring stock levels and ensure customers operate within their agreed contracts.- Keep External Account Managers informed of any customer feedback or requests.- Meet and exceed key performance indicators, including order entry and email response times.- Manage month-end tasks such as stock assessments and re-pricing.- Maintain accurate customer pricing information on invoices, ensuring compliance with contract agreements.- Participate in meetings and establish strong working relationships with colleagues across various departments.Skills and Experience Required- Fluency in written and spoken German is essential.- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an excellent telephone manner.- Ability to prioritise and manage your own workload effectively.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel;- High level of attention to detail.- A team player with the ability to use initiative.This position is perfect for those who thrive in a structured environment and enjoy the satisfaction of providing top-notch customer service.
