About the Role

As our VMS (Variable Message Sign) Administrator, you will support our VMS management team by providing a first-class service.

Be responsible for end-to-end admin support for the team and play a key part in keeping the messages alive.

Key Accountabilities

- Supporting our VMS team in an administrative capacity

- Raising quotations for our customers

- Raise damage advice notes and follow through to conclusion

- Confirming on hires, off hires on our internal management system. Following up with the client each time.

- Monitoring our battery voltage levels remotely via our tracking system, alerting our team who will manage 

  the next steps

- Liaising with our customers to ensure we have PO requests on time

- Receiving message requirements from customers and making recommendations on compliance

- Sharing previews with the customer for approval and scheduling for appearance on units

- VMS Location management and planning

- Admin management of our trailer servicing

- Previous administration experience required

- Be very organised

- Have a previous strong administration background

- Able to function in a high-pressure environment.
