HR ADVISOR - Rotherham Site and Winsford Site

Part Time - 22.5 Hours Per Week

£21.58 PER HOUR TEMP TO PERM (IDEALLY TO GO PERM)

IMMEDIATE START Join a highly successful global organisation who has over 23,000 employees.

Working closely with the Plant Manager, you will be covering 2 sites in Rotherham and Winsford.

Combined head count is 87, covering mainly blue collar and some white collar employees.

This is part time hours and could suit a parent who needs to do the school run.

Ideally the client wants this person to go permanent with them.

Flexibility on how many days to cover but it is essential you visit both sites during the week.

Reporting into the HR Manager. Ideally you will be CIPD LEVEL 5 qualified, but my client will consider LEVEL 3.

You shall be responsible for providing confidential support on all people related matters such as recruitment selection, job design, employee relations, performance and discipline management.

Dealing with Absence Management to Policies and Procedures to Resourcing Talent supporting with the recruitment process.

We are looking for High level interpersonal skills, someone who is collaborative and engaging, self motivated and ability to be present on site at Rotherham and Winsford facilities.
