Your Role:- Maintain and repair high-speed production machinery to minimise downtime.
- Conduct planned maintenance and respond swiftly to breakdowns.
- Specify, order, and install spare parts and equipment.
- Fabricate and implement improvements to production processes.
- Maintain accurate service records and liaise effectively with other departments.
- Strong mechanical skills and the ability to read mechanical drawings.
- Experience in mechanical fault finding; electrical knowledge is a bonus.
- At least 5 years in a manufacturing environment.
- City & Guilds qualification or equivalent.
- Reliable, flexible, and organised with a proactive approach.
- Strong communicator with a can-do attitude.
- Resilient under pressure and able to prioritise tasks effectively.
- 40 hours/week on rotating early, afternoon, and night shifts.
- 33 days of holiday (including bank holidays).
