Job Title: Production Manager/Planner
- Annual Salary: £35,000-40,000
- Location: Winsford
- Job Type: 6am to 2.45pm (Monday to Friday)

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Manager/Planner to join their team as they continue their exciting growth journey. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing production operations, managing orders, and planning work using Excel. This role would ideally suit someone with a joinery background.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate production activities
- Develop and implement production schedules
- Monitor production processes and make necessary adjustments
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Manage orders and plan work using Excel
- Mentor production staff
- Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Production Manager/Planner or similar role
- Strong knowledge of production planning and control
- Proficient in using Excel for managing orders and planning
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Joinery background preferred
