If so, the role of Senior Nurse Practitioner in Winsford may be for you!

As part of the hospital management tam, the Senior Nurse Practitioner will support the registered manager in building a person centred team to offer a high standard of care to people with mental health problems in a rehabilitation hospital environment.

Taking charge of teams and hospital operations, you will be familiar with CQC standards for mental health hospitals and ensure that policies and procedures are followed, whilst championing a warm and open culture within the service. As a Clinical Leader, you will be expected to mentor, coach and supervise staff as required in delivering clinical interventions.

To be considered for this role you must:

- Be a PIN holding Qualified Mental Health Nurse/ Learning Disabilities Nurse

-Be able to demonstrate supervisory experience in a clinical role

- Be within commutable distance of Winsford, Cheshire.

Additional Information:

Hours: 35 per week

Salary: £42,667 per annum

Annual Leave: 33 days per annum, includes bank holidays. Annual leave accrues with service up to an additional 5 days, also the option to buy / sell annual leave.

Pension: Matched employee and employer contributions: between 3.5% (Total 7%); and 6% (Total 12%)
