Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR Support: Partner with business leaders to support the Head of HR with the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with overall business objectives.
  • Employee Relations: Manage employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary procedures, and grievance handling.
  • Performance Management: Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting and performance reviews.
  • Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives, providing guidance and coaching to employees.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • CIPD qualification preferred
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
