Job Overview:We are looking for an experienced Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join the Winsford Care Community team. The role will focus on providing community-based occupational therapy interventions, working with patients to support recovery, independence, and well-being within their home environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive occupational therapy assessments and interventions for patients in the community.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care and support.
- Promote patient independence, well-being, and recovery through therapeutic interventions.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of community therapy services.
Key Requirements:
- Degree in Occupational Therapy and HCPC registration.
- Previous experience in community-based occupational therapy.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload and work independently in the community setting.
