CNC Plasma

Ambitek is currently seeking a CNC Plasma Operator to join our client’s team in Winsford on a long-term basis.

Job Overview:

As a CNC Plasma Operator, you will be responsible for operating CNC profile cutting machines, including a Voortman saw & drill line, TDK Drill, and shot blasting machine. While prior experience with the Voortman split systems or similar machines is advantageous, training is provided, making this role suitable for individuals with general CNC machinery knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC profile cutting machines (Voortman, TDK Drill, and shot blasting machine)
• Work within a busy workshop environment
• Operate Voortman saw & drill line
• No programming or setting required, focus on operation and output quality

Suitable For:

• Candidates with experience operating CNC machinery, especially those familiar with Voortman split systems
• Individuals seeking stability with a long-term contract
• Candidates willing to learn new systems as training is provided

Working Hours:

• Monday - Thursday: 7:45am - 4:45pm
• Friday: 7:45am - 12:45pm

Rates of Pay (CIS or Umbrella):

• Basic: £19.67 per hour
• Overtime: £26.78 per hour (after 39 hours worked)
