Project Coordinator - Permanent, Full-Time

As a Project Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the Operations Manager and ensuring the smooth running of the business. With a positive attitude and a can-do mentality, you will be the driving force behind efficient documentation control and process adherence.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Operations Manager in daily production requirementsGenerate sales order confirmations for customersAssist with production planning and schedulingRaise purchase orders for switchboard projectsManage documentation, including generating production filesLiaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materialsCoordinate site installations with the Site Manager and customersCollaborate with the logistics coordinator to ensure on-time transportation and arrival of boardsContribute to marketing and social media initiatives.
Requirements:
Ability to work independently and take initiativePrevious experience in a fast-paced office environmentProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookExperience with Sage is beneficialStrong attention to detail and pride in workProven ability to meet deadlinesExcellent communication skills to interact with colleagues at all levels.
Benefits:
- Hours: Monday to Thursday 9:00AM - 5:30PM, Friday 9:00AM - 3:30PM
Profit share bonus opportunityContributory pension after 3 months probationary period23 days holiday plus bank holidaysCompetitive starting salary of up to £26,000.
