The role
In this role you will be reporting directly to the Head of Retail, we are looking for a confident individual who loves dealing with the general public and has experience of working in a retail environment.
The successful candidate will have good communication skills, and love helping our customers to buy what they need.
They will be courteous, efficient and well organised, with the ability to well work on their own.
They will also have a good level of clerical skills and the ability to deal accurately with cash and credit card transactions.
Flexibility is required within the role - cover for holidays and between locations in Winsford Town Centre and Lostock may be requested from you at times but we will give plenty of notice.
Part time roles available:
(Winsford Reuse Warehouse - Road 2) 1 x Part time assistant - 15 hours per week Monday and Tuesday only with some additional hours to help us cover holidays. £12.00 per hour (with any additional travel expenses covered, if you are asked to cover other sites). CLT is a Real Living Wage Employer.
Key Result Areas
- Work with the retail team to ensure the store meets sales targets
- Proven customer service skills
- The ability to post items for sale on our website and Ebay accounts, full training will be given
- Great teamwork
- Happy to occassionaly cover other branches at Winsford Town centre and Lostock.
