Our client, a well-established and successful Estate Agency is looking for an experienced Branch Manager to join their team in the Winsford area.

The successful Branch Manager will be offered:
- £22,000 – £25,000 basic
- £50,000 OTE
- Company car or car allowance

Working hours of a Branch Manager:
- Monday to Friday
- Alternate Saturdays
Branch Manager requirements:
- Highly experienced in Sales
- Able to motivate a team.
- Highly organized and able to manage workload.
- Driven and hungry for success
- Full UK driver’s license
- Good knowledge of the local area
Key tasks of a Branch Manager will include, but will not be limited to:
- Managing the Branch Team
- Setting KPI’s for the team
- Undertaking team meetings
- Help grow the business.
- Carrying out market appraisals
- Reporting back to the area Managers
