Hays Education is currently working with a large SEN school in West Cheshire to recruit an experienced Early Years teacher for a long-term role starting in April 2025. The role is initially for the remainder of the academic year but could be extended or made permanent from September 2025.

The school is welcoming applications from ECTs and experienced teachers who are passionate about supporting pupils with SEND particularly complex needs and SLD.You will be teaching a class of 11 pupils and have the support of experienced teaching assistants in class and be supported by an experienced teaching and leadership team.

Your new companyYou will be working in a large SEN school which specialises in supporting pupils with severe learning difficulties and complex needs. The school is rated Ofsted "Outstanding" and all staff work hard to create an environment for pupils to flourish. The school delivers a bespoke curriculum which has been designed specifically for their learners to engage in education and all aspects of school life.

Your new roleAs an EYFS teacher you will work in a class of 11 pupils and be supported by 3 teaching assistants. You will be responsible for planning, resourcing and delivering engaging and creative lessons in line with the schools' bespoke curriculum which meets the needs of the children you teach.

What you'll need to succeedTo be considered for this role you will need to have:* Qualified teacher status.* Experience teaching pupils with SLD and complex needs.* Experience working within EYFS.
