We are currently working with a large SEN Primary School to recruit experienced SEN Primary Teachers for a long-term position. The role is initially temporary but could become permanent from September 2025.The school are looking for two teachers to start as soon as possible or from the start of the summer term and are welcoming applications from ECT' and experienced teachers. There are two posts available working with KS1 & KS2 aged pupils.Your new companyYou will be working in a large SEN school which specialises in supporting pupils with severe learning difficulties and complex needs. The school is rated Ofsted "Outsanding" and all staff work hard to create an environment for pupils to flourish. The school delivers a bespoke curriculum which has been designed specifically for their learners to engage in education and all aspects of school life. Your new roleAs a teacher you will work in a class of 11 pupils and be supported by 3 teaching assistants. You will be responsible for planning, resourcing and delivering engaging and creative lessons in line with the schools' bespoke curriculum which meets the needs of the children you teach. What you'll need to succeedTo be considered for this role you will need to have:

  • Qualified teacher status.
  • Experience teaching pupils with SLD and Complex needs.
  • Experience working within a KS1 or KS2 setting. This is useful but not essential.
  • An up-to-date DBS or willingness to get one.
  • The ability to provide an inspiring, engaging and safe learning environment.
