Supply Desk is seeking a passionate and nurturing Early Years foundation stage (EYFS) Teacher to work 5 days per week in a school located in the Winslow (Buckinghamshire) area. The ideal teacher will be experienced and equipped with the necessary life skills and experiences in supporting children in early development stage.

All staff and teachers are dedicated in their duty to inspire independence and encourage pupils to take accountability of their behaviour through challenges that build up character through resilience, courage and ambition to strive. 

 

The Role and the Ideal Candidate: 

  • Experienced Primary Teachers or NQTs are both welcomed to apply
  • QTS/ PGCE/ BEd Essential
  • You must be willing to develop and grow as a Primary Teacher
  • Must be able to work well within a team as well as independently using your own initiative
  • A strong desire and passion for teaching and commitment towards the welfare and development of young pupils.
  • Committed to creating a safe, inclusive learning environment where all pupils are made to feel valued despite their backgrounds or learning abilities. 
  • Implementing effective learning strategies such as lesson materials, and activities through play that stimulate a positive attitude to learning and personal growth.
