• Deliver engaging, play-based lessons following the EYFS framework.

• Assess and support individual learning needs, tracking progress effectively.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to support each child’s development.

• QTS, EYTS, PGCE, NQT, or equivalent Early Years qualification.
• A passion for supporting young children’s learning and development.
• Enthusiastic, patient, and adaptable with strong communication skills.
• Experience in an EYFS setting and knowledge of the EYFS curriculum.
• A current DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
