Rate of pay: 17 to 18 per hour

What's involved?
- As the Relief Chef you will be cooking lunch and tea for 80 - 100 children and staff.
- As the only chef in the kitchen, you must be happy to work on your own, have great organisation and time management skills.
- You must have a good understanding of stock rotation, health and safety, risk assessment, COSHH and all kitchen management
- Day time hours - no evenings
- You will need:
- An Enhanced DBS certificate that has been issued within the last 3 years
- Up-to-date Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate
- Up to date Food Allergen Certificate
- To have had experience as a chef within a Education environment.
