We have a vacancy for an Office Administrator to assist the existing Property Management team.

The post is an in-person position with a two days attendance per week.

Responsibilities:

  • Handling advert enquiries
  • Conducting viewings
  • Arranging contracts and tenant move ins
  • Dealing with repairs
  • Updating systems, documents and general administration
  • Ensuring property compliance such as EICRs, Gas Safety and EPC certifications
  • Dealing with deposit disputes

Assisting with month-end and year-end closing procedures, including reconciling accounts

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records by entering and verifying financial transactions

Manage accounts payable processes, including reviewing and processing invoices, reconciling client statements, and resolving payment discrepancies

Requirements:

Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices

Proficient in using software and MS Office applications, such as Excel, Word and be comfortable with numerical reasoning.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping

Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle
  • An ambitious individual with a drive to succeed alongside a can-do attitude
  • Must be able to work effectively in a team good communication skills are vital
  • Excellent time management skills

Previous experience in the Property Lettings, Block Management or Accounting Industry would be advantageous.

Job Type: Part-time
