Job Summary:

 My client is a market leading business who have a branch based on the Wirral. Specialising in state-of-the-art medical equipment, cutting edge medical technology, which is sourced from Europe and supplied to many clients around the UK. They are currently seeking a skilled and organised Service Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining efficient administrative processes and supporting various departments within the organisation.

A background in relatable industry is not essential, however, having strength of multitasking, a great telephony manner and strong communication skills are critical to be successful.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments.
  • Assist with customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases.
