Day-to-day of the role:
- Engineer communications including advising clients on lead times, promotions, and technical specifications of remedial works.
- Liaising with engineers and suppliers to obtain costs.
- Generating small work quotations and following up on submitted quotes to convert them to sales orders.
- Maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers through effective internal and external communication.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral.
- Outstanding attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant skills and experience to undertake the responsibilities listed above.
