Join their dynamic team and contribute to the development of breakthrough solutions that improve patient outcomes worldwide.Your Role:As a Development Scientist in IVD Development, you will play a critical role in the creation and refinement of novel diagnostic methods. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, quality, and regulatory, to design, optimize, and validate assays and technologies that will revolutionise the diagnostics landscape.Responsibilities:• Develop and optimize new methods for in vitro diagnostic applications, focusing on biochemical (ELISA / Immunoassay), bioassay, or microbiological techniques.• Design and execute experiments to evaluate performance and feasibility of new diagnostic products.• Analyse and interpret data to identify trends and recommend improvements.• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with business objectives.• Prepare and present reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in IVD technology and industry regulations.Requirements:• Advanced degree (BSc or Master's) in Biochemistry, Biomedical, Microbiology, or related field.• Proven experience in the development of new methods for in vitro diagnostics.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to innovate and think creatively.• Proficiency in designing experiments and interpreting data.• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and standards in the IVD industry is a plus.Important Information: We endeavour to process your personal data in a fair and transparent manner.
