ECO Energy Customer Service Manager
Salary - £45,000 per annum
Hours – Full time

We are recruiting for an ECO Energy Customer Manager on behalf of a leading energy solutions provider. This role is central to managing energy installation projects, ensuring that pre-installation, documentation, scheduling, and communication requirements are handled seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • As an ECO Energy Customer Manager, you’ll work closely with coordinators, inspectors, lead generators, and installers to deliver projects on time.
  • Oversee the complete lifecycle of installation projects, from planning to execution.
  • Ensure all pre-installation documentation is accurate and compliant.
  • Schedule and coordinate installations, maintaining efficient timelines.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to address concerns and provide updates.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Maintain knowledge of ECO4 standards and ensure compliance throughout all projects.
