Paid Media Executive – 4.5 day working week!

Wirral – 2 days in office

Forward Role are supporting an incredibly exciting organisation made up of multiple company Retail brands who are looking to completely reshape their internal Paid team as a result of the recent launch of their B2C mass market offering, and are now on the lookout for their first EVER Paid Media Executive to assist them in achieving their 3 year goal of becoming the Number 1 Brand in their field!

Your day to day would look like:

  • Ownership and development of the overall paid media activations and day to day implementation of campaigns across: PPC, Shopping, Paid Social, Display and YouTube.
  • Optimising activity frequently to ensure campaign spending is kept on track
  • Analysing and optimising campaign performance across various platforms
  • Reporting on campaign performance and providing actionable insights to the wider marketing and ecommerce teams
  • Using large data sets to analyse and create optimisation plans
  • Working closely with third parties like Google and Facebook to drive opportunities and test new products
  • Working closely with the wider digital marketing team to present the performance of the paid media channels, bringing insights and ideas to the table to support wider activities
  • Use large data sets to analyse and create optimization plans
  • Collaborate with the digital design teams
  • Continually test new creative, audiences, bidding strategies, and customer journeys to meet KPIs.

Your skills & experience:

  • An absolute minimum of 6 months ‘hands on' experience paid media campaigns – having both Paid Search & Paid Social would be highly desirable – either in house or agency experience considered
  • Experience using Google Analytics and paid platforms, such as Google and Facebook Ads, to review performance
  • Knowledge of tracking & tagging requirements/management
  • Able to think creatively to enhance campaign performance
  • A strong understanding of Google Ads and Analytics is required
