Assistant Finance Manager

Job OverviewAs Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the daily cashflow of the business, overseeing the financial health and stability of the organisation. You will be responsible for recording/processing of all financial movements, payments, expenses and credits throughout the company.

Duties

• Responsible for all aspect of Sales and Purchase Ledger
• Credit Control, producing debtor reports - Manage the payroll process
• Monitor cash flow, accounts, and other financial transactions
• Responsible for purchase and sales ledgers, credit control, payroll using Xero
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations
• Maintain auditable set of financial accounts
• Prepare and submit company VAT returns
• Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders

Skills

• Proficiency in financial accounting and planning
• Strong organisation skills
• Experience in financial services industry
• Ability to control costs and manage accounts payable
• Skilled in financial management techniques
• Excellent IT skills using XERO and MS Office
