Pay rate £13.00 - £19.50 per hour

Role Overview:

Aspion are seeking a dedicated and detailed – oriented Fitter/Labourer to join a thriving business in the Wirra area.

This field-based role involves traveling to sites across the UK to set up interior decor installations. The ideal candidate will possess strong practical skills, be comfortable working with hand tools, and have a keen eye for detail to ensure all decor elements are installed to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Travel to various sites across the country to carry out installation work.
• Set up and fit interior decor elements, including hanging pictures, drawings, and other decorative items.
• Use hand tools safely and effectively to complete installation tasks.
• Ensure accurate placement and alignment of decor pieces to achieve the desired aesthetic effect.
• Follow design specifications and layout plans meticulously.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and materials are properly handled and stored.
• Liaise with site managers, clients, and team members to coordinate installation schedules and requirements.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.

Requirements:

• Full UK Driving Licence (Essential).
• Proven experience in a similar role (fitting, labouring, or installation work).
• Proficiency with hand tools and an understanding of their proper use.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of visual alignment.
• Ability to read and interpret design plans or layout drawings.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative team player attitude.
• Flexibility to travel and stay overnight when required.
• Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks, including lifting and carrying items.

Desirable:

• Experience in interior design, carpentry, or related trades.
• CSCS card or relevant site safety training.
